I cannot recommend Jack enough, he is absolutely fantastic. My husband and I are quite awkward, we don't like having our photo taken. But Jack was so easy to get on with, he instantly put us at ease and (in the nicest possible way) we forgot he was even at the wedding because he was so unobtrusive. He captured so many meaningful and wonderful moments and the pictures are beautiful. He offered direction when needed but for the most part just captured the natural moments, which is exactly what we wanted.
 

We met with a few photographers before we settled on Jack and one of the main things we liked about him was that he didn't try forcing other products on us. He let his gallery speak for itself. It never felt like he tried to push us into any decisions and he allowed us time to make up our minds. His communication before and after the wedding was great so we knew exactly what to expect. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and we're so happy we picked him.

Where to start! We could not have hoped for a better wedding photographer than Jack. He was communicative and organised from day 1, and started the process of encouraging us to think about certain things early on - which minimised any last minute stress.

We had both a pre-wedding shoot and a wedding day shoot with Jack. On the pre-wedding shoot - despite couple photos not really being our thing - Jack managed to make us feel at ease with the camera, and the shoot was actually a lot of fun! Jack used both a digital camera and a film camera (a film camera adds only a small amount to the total cost) and both sets came out so well. Jack has a great eye for lighting and angles, and the photos were stunning.

On the wedding day itself Jack worked the crowd / room to get some brilliant shots, but in an unassuming and subtle way so you barely noticed he was there. He is the absolute opposite of a domineering photographer who barks instructions! We are unbelievably happy with the photos. We had a fancy dress wedding and Jack's editing really brought out the magic of the night. There is also the perfect mix of both candid shots and lovely staged ones too.

All in all I could not recommend Jack highly enough. You won't find a better value photographer!

From the lead up to the big day, Jack put us at ease and talked through everything with us in detail which took a huge amount of pressure off of us. We had our engagement shoot with Jack back in 2021 and we had such a fun day! We managed to get a set of beautiful photos, without any cringey posing.
